Ingredients:
2 small ripe avocados
1/2 – 3/4 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup raw cocoa powder (or carob if you prefer)
2 tablespoons coconut cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
dash of sea salt
dash of cinnamon (optional)
banana or strawberry slices for garnish
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix or food processor and blend on high until very smooth. You may need a tamper in the blender to move the contents a little so the motor doesn't bog down. Keep stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.
