Ingredients
For Meatloaf
1 ½ lb. hamburger
½ cup organic ketchup
½ cup organic V-8 or comparable vegetable juice
⅓ cup gluten-free bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon Celtic sea salt
½ teaspoon pepper
For Sauce
½ cup organic ketchup
3 Tablespoons coconut sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Combine all meatloaf ingredients, mixing well.
- Place meatloaf mixture in a loaf pan.
- Mix sauce ingredients and spread over top of the meatloaf.
- Cover and place in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
